Eligibility for Returns
You may return or exchange items purchased on Luxyque.com if they meet the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unused, unaltered, and with all original packaging and tags attached.
- Custom, personalized, or engraved items are non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Items purchased on sale or marked as “final sale” are not eligible for return or exchange, unless defective.
Initiating a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at sales@luxyque.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Await Approval: Our customer support team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with instructions and a return authorization number (RA#), if approved.
- Prepare the Package: Safely repackage the item(s) in their original condition, including all packaging, certificates, and accessories.
Return Shipping
- Domestic Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
- International Returns: Customers are responsible for both return shipping and any customs or duties incurred.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will cover the cost of return shipping. Please include photos of the damage or defect in your initial email to expedite the process.
Refunds
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Refund Deductions
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except for defective or damaged items.
- If items are returned without authorization or outside the eligibility window, they may be returned to you at your expense or subject to a restocking fee.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size (if applicable) or for an item of equal value. To request an exchange:
- Follow the same process as initiating a return.
- Specify the desired replacement item in your email.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability. If unavailable, a refund will be issued.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom, personalized, or engraved items.
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons).

- Final sale or clearance items.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered:

- Resolution Options: We will replace the item, offer a store credit, or issue a full refund, including any shipping costs incurred.
